Delivery schedules:

We will normally despatch your order to you within 1-2 business days. If we receive your order on-line by 1pm we'll make every effort to send it the same day so it should reach you very quickly. Deliveries normally take about 3-4 working days to arrive by Royal Mail or an alternative carrier. Sorry, we do not despatch at the weekends.
Items may be sent separately, therefore you may not receive your entire order in one delivery.
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery timescale we will dispatch replacement goods in 14 working days.On a guaranteed next day delivery service. Royalmail state that a claim can't be made for a lost item until 15 working days from delivery,incase the item wasn't able to be delivered and is returned to us.

Natureform demand the highest quality materials. So we've chosen the world's finest leathers to give your feet comfort, security and flexibility which are hard to find on the high street. All our footwear range is 5E/H+ (5EEEEE).
Comfort is important for everyone and that's why Natureform want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. Our shoes are light weight, deep and wide, plenty of toe room, breathable, with Velcro fastening on most of our ranges giving you the support that you need.
Please order with total confidence. If you are not 100% happy, you can return them (if unworn) for a replacement or credit note within 28 days of purchase.
Please note that you have until seven working days after receipt of the goods to advise Natureform in writing that you wish to cancel the contract and receive a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order( you can get a friend or family member to write the letter for you). Thereafter, any returns will be subject to a credit note refund.

Faulty Goods
If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, we will offer you a full refund or exchange including any postage you have paid or incurred returning the product to us. We will issue the refund as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. All faulty goods must be returned to Natureform within 28 days of purchase for full examination before a refund will be issued (applies to both public and trade accounts).

We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
