VAT Exemption


Conditions such as oedema, severe arthritis, diabetes, or multiple sclerosis can result in swollen feet and the need for extra roomy footwear. If this applies to you, then you may not have to pay the V.A.T on your footwear.

If you qualify for exemption, please check the "VAT Exempt" checkbox. You will then be charged the "Excluding V.A.T" prices. If you are in doubt as to whether you qualify or not, please consult your medical advisor.

Please note that if this is your first time buying with us we must have you complete a V.A.T exemption form for our records. Everytime after that you may use use our online V.A.T form. If you are unable to sign, your carer can sign for you.
